Application Window

- Applications must be submitted via dedicated link – https://www.fidelitybank.ng/herfidelity/apprenticeship/
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Only one application per individual is permitted.
Clear, Non-Chance-Based Selection Methodology
Selection will not be by random draw.
Beneficiaries will be selected based on:
- Submission of complete application form.
- Demonstrated need for business support.
- Existing or proposed micro-business viability.
- Commitment to attend mandatory training.
- Geographic spread considerations (to ensure inclusivity).
Applications will be reviewed by a designated internal committee using predefined scoring criteria.

Proximity
- Applicants must live within the area of the apprenticeship .
- Transportation costs (if any) will be borne by the participant.
Full Cost Disclosure
- The programme is fully sponsored by Fidelity Bank.
- Training will be provided at no cost to selected beneficiaries.
- No application fee is required.
- Fidelity Bank will not request any payment at any stage of the programme.

- Hands-on, practical training delivered by experienced professionals within their chosen skill area
- Real-world apprenticeship exposure, focused on skills that can be immediately applied for income generation or employment
- Structured learning in a physical setting, ensuring discipline, accountability, and skill mastery
- Micro-business management training.

Fidelity Bank reserves the right to:
- Verify all information submitted by applicants.
- Disqualify applicants who provide false or misleading information.
- Adjust timelines due to unforeseen circumstances.
All decisions will be made strictly in accordance with the stated eligibility and selection criteria to ensure fairness and transparency.
