Specified corporate users are created and notified of access details. Workflow user roles available are Admin, Initiator, Verifier, Authorizer and Super Admin (for sole signatory businesses)

Admin, Super Admin and Authorizer roles are created at the Branch, while other roles are created by the Corporate Admin

Reactivation Process

Customer writes an instruction to reactivate account on company's letter headed paper

Customer to provide, BVN and valid id cards of signatories and directors with utility bill

Customer to fill and submit the reactivation forms obtained at the branch
