What is the Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO?
The Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO is a public offering through which eligible investors may subscribe for shares in Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals Plc, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the approved Offer Prospectus.
Who is eligible to participate in the IPO?
The offer is available to eligible individual and corporate investors who satisfy the legal, regulatory, and offer-specific conditions outlined in the approved Offer Prospectus
Do I need a CSCS Account to subscribe?
No. Our system will automatically facilitate the opening of a stockbroking account with our sister company, Fidelity Securities Limited (FSL), for the seamless electronic crediting of your allotted shares upon completion of the allotment process.
How do I obtain a CSCS account to subscribe?
All subscribers can obtain a CSCS account through a licensed stockbroker. For this IPO, subscribers who do not already have a CSCS account can also have one opened through our sister company, Fidelity Securities Limited (FSL), to facilitate the crediting of allotted shares following the allotment process.

Is share allotment guaranteed?
Share allotment is not guaranteed and is subject to the final allotment approval process by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In the event of oversubscription, shares may be allotted on a prorated basis.
