Your banking services is too backward and local. I wonder if you guys use the computer or still using the local post office to run your business. I have applied about thrice just to update my account but you guys like placing it on Lien after every now and then. Your customer care service persons are either too proud or incompetent in resolving issues affecting customers. You need to upgrade or risk many people leaving your institution to seek their banking services elsewhere. Very poor
