Core Banking Application Upgrade
Please be informed that you will experience service disruptions at our branches and electronic channels due to a planned system upgrade. Timelines for the envisioned service disruptions are as follows:
Restrictions On Account Opening & Enquiries (June 27 – July 01, 2016)
Account opening, customer creation and maintenance, mandate upload and mandate change will be restricted from End of Day (EoD)
Skeletal Services In Branches (July 01)
There will not be any financial transactions such as cash deposits/ withdrawal, funds transfer, loan booking, FX transfer etc.
ATM Services Availability (July 01- July 02)
ATM services will only be available from Friday, July 01 to12:00am Saturday, July 02, 2016.
E-Channels Availability (July 02 – July 03)
Electronic Channels will not be available to customers from 12:00am Saturday, July 02, 2016 to 6:00pm Sunday, July 03, 2016.
